At AOTCO we believe the highest quality results are created by measuring and correcting for quality at each step of the process.
Starting with our cleaning and other Pre-Process Treatments, we have rigorous quality inspection checkpoints distributed throughout the journey each part takes. Even with taking on some of the toughest and most complicated jobs in the industry, AOTCO typically stays well below a 1% rework rate.
Our quality management system complies with the requirements of both NADCAP’s AC7004 quality system and NADCAP’s chemical processing requirements, AC7108. Our accreditations cover chemical process and metal finishing for the aerospace, medical, optical, telecommunications and electronic industries for various plating processes as well as customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
AOTCO’s quality management system provides controls to guarantee that the end results meets or exceeds the quality requirements and expectations of our clients, prevents nonconforming product, permits early detection of discrepancies, and allows timely corrective action to ensure consistent delivery of high quality outcomes.
1. Customer Rejects: Keep customer rejects below 1% of total jobs, while continuously seeking ways to lower further. To achieve this objective we will implement improvements, wherever possible, to address the top reasons for reject. This goal applies to monthly and yearly results.
2. On Time Delivery: Achieve 95% for On Time Delivery. Our goal is to maintain on time delivery along with achieving faster turnaround times to exceed customer’s expectations.
These objectives will be continuously reviewed and expanded upon as determined necessary.
